I just love LeBron being a crybaby loser... still can't forget his line that he is a winner, (that's why he didn't congratulate the Orlando Magic after they got beaten almost with a sweep... if that luckiest shot just didn't went in)

He really wants to win... hmmmm, if he does... wow his whole term will be a mess... his promise like the one who is in POWER now, will be in ashes too.. how can he serve well when he is thinking all the "investments" he's investing.. ^_^ hahayzzzzz... Philippine politics just sucks BIGTIME..

BARCODES.... ?? Significance? I think it is widely used to have a standard form of marking or somewhat connected to symbology. It can only be read by machines specifically used for reading and writing barcodes. Barcodes were first used for railroad cars but was unsuccessful until it was used for market checkout system.

I have to dig deep to say some more about barcodes. Stored knowledge has been kept in storage lately... need to tidy things up.. :)

 What a major disaster that happened sa Luzon area ng Pinas...

Maraming nagsasabi at marami akong naririnig na kesyo makasalanan daw ang mga taga-Manila kaya ganon nangyari sa kanila. Ang sa akin naman, lahat na man tayo ang may kasalanan eh... in fact lahat ng tao sa mundo... global warming talaga sanhi nito at wala na akong maisip na iba. Kung titingnan mo ang science ng bagyo, be it hurricane, monsoon, or tropical storm at isama mo na ang tornado... iisa lng naman pattern ng lahat eh... warm at cold air... yan ang fuel ng mga bagyo... which leads us back sa global warming... bakit global warming.... tinutunaw ng global warming ang poles ng mundo... resulting sa hanging habagat... pero pekeng lamig ito, hindi yung tipong lamig dahil sa  pag tilt ng axis ng mundo away sa sun. at ano ba magpapainit sa tubig dagat, di ba yung araw din... at dahil nga sa global warming.... mas mabilis ang pag akyat ng warm air sa atmosphere kaya't naging ganon kalakas si bagyong Ondoy...

Hmmmm... what events do we have today... First and foremost, President Holiday-Always declared holiday today to celebrate Eid'l Fitr, the end of the month long Ramadan of our Moslem brothers and sisters.

As I was browsing, I was intrigued with the Google page, because I can see a scene from War of the Worlds, Voila! it is H.G. Wells' birthday today. H.G. Wells, born Herbert George Wells in 1866, author of the world renowned War of the Worlds and Time Machine to name a few of his writings. HG Wells and Jules Verne were considered the fathers of science fiction.

It is also the anniversary of Martial Law declaration in the Philippines. Which comes to mind, do we have to celebrate it? I think we should not commemorate such an atrocious event in history.

What else.... hmmmmm... oh.. Willie Revillame is back in Wowowee after almost two months of indefinite leave.

I think it is also UN's International Day of Peace... Peace man!!! (Imagine by John Lennon playing in my mind)...

Yesterday was a good day for UFC, a first round KO. Rich Franklin went down!!! Belfort is back... Affliction was incorporated to UFC by the way... didn't last long... can't get enough quality fights... alas Spider Silva will have a match in UFC, I hope so...

Bad day for boxing, Mayweather Jr. still is a dirty boxer utilizing his defensive stance to keep Marquez at bay. It was never a bout, Marquez is just to small for him. By the way, I can say that Money's defensive stance is the dirtiest boxing stance, whenever his opponent closes in, he just raised his elbow, of course for the other boxer, he should avoid being hit by the elbow and they aren't disqualifying or fining him for that. That should not be utilized. :D And also, Marquez as a counter-puncher didn't really work well because Money was also a counter-puncher and with his reach advantage, Marquez really couldn't come close to him. It was never a match...

I am still sleepy.. :) sleep a bit for a while. have to go to the mall.. :)

 I have been under the weather these past few days.. and the other day I was shivering from a high fever. This all started the 3rd day of September where I thought it would just be a minor case of colds.. I took some meds but to no avail, it evolved into C&C and then had flu-like symptoms... and the other day there it was. Glad to be out of the fever now. Now, doing my usual graveyard shift in our Internet Cafe business.

Yesterday morning, Noynoy Aquino declared that he would be running for President of the Philippines. A lot of questions arose from that declaration. One was, what can Noynoy do? He haven't done anything significant as senator. Two, does he have what it takes to follow on the footsteps of his parents?

Well as a simple opinion on this, I think let's give someone new a chance to lead like we did with Cory during the post-Martial Law era. Even Mar Roxas believed in it. And I think it is just right that the opposition should somehow get just ONE, ONE standard bearer instead of 2 or more. I also think that most presidential candidate-wannabes just think of themselves rather than think of what's good for these sinking country we call the R.P. Mar was a very inspiring example on this, sacrificing his chance to run the country. I do hope that others will follow suit.

I am just hoping for the best of everything....

What a circus it is!!! Suddenly, the late Manalo has tons of politician friends. This is how Philippine politics is.. During wakes of known personalities, they flock like vultures. Suddenly giving praises for a man they just knew by name. You can really smell that election is near, if there'd be any. I can't see Gloria M. Arrovo stepping down. If it happens to have an election on May 2010, then so be it. Another one helluvah election it is (again)!

You really can't count your votes in Philippine elections. No wonder why computerization of voting is hampered, or worse getting thrown out of the equation. Politicians are scared that it will hasten the frauds/results or that they can't control the frauds anymore. Either way, it's the same.

Going back to Manalo, GMA declared a special holiday just for the funeral. WHy don't Arroyo declare special holiday every time someone dies? That would be more appropriate. Why does she only consider known personalities?  Because she has different agendas in this. It is known that whoever the leader of INC chooses during election, each member should vote for that person. This action of Arroyo is just for political gain. Nothing more! Nothing less. You just can see through it. ^_^

I think it is much better that we didn't overthrow Erap as president, I think it was preempted action by none other than Arroyo herself to grab power. I am ashamed I walked the streets during that time. Now, I can see through it all. Arroyo is one helluvah mistake in Philippine history. She don't deserve the seat of power as well as all her cronies and family members into politics also.

Philippines is just one hell hole now. But I am still patriotic not just with the government. If we, the young generation just have the ideology our fathers had during the regime, maybe we could change (again) for good!

Or better yet, as our so-called leaders are doing and showing the world, why not be under US control like Guam or any other US controlled territories? Wouldn't that be great for us? I can eat my Filipino pride with that. If that's what it takes to stop this nonsense government, then so be it.

Life must go on. Journey isn't finished. Let's just hope for the better and not the worse and worst.

I may not be feeling good physically coz I've got a flu but emotionally I am feeling good. I have nothing much more to share tonight except that I have slept my day to recuperate (but to no avail, kinulang). Ang konswelo ko lang talaga today is for the people who gives some care of some sort. I love to have someone close whenever I feel sick.

Love is something you don't ask for, it's something you feel. Something that just pokes you with no other apparent reason other than love itself. You can't put a context in it. Love is something more worthwhile to take care of other than anything else. Love is not wanting some one but rather needed to complete one's life. But just as life takes turn, love is life, so love must be a journey too.
